Cumminges is a secluded mountain hamlet, a place of magnificent
mountain panoramas and soaring eagles, but only 15 mins from the market town of Foix. It looks out over the Ariège valley and onto the Cathar abbey fortresses of Roquefixade and Montségur.
Its splendid isolation makes it an ideal centre for all outdoor
activities, summer or winter, but also, the fact that it`s set in three acres of tranquil forest and wildflower meadows, brings others who simply want to drink in the stillness.
Cumminges sleeps four people very comfortably in two double bedrooms.
Children are most welcome, indeed, having children of our own (14 years and 10 years), we can say that the area provides for safe adventure.
