Low Season (November to March excl. Noel) £195 pw

Mid Season (September/October, May/June) £245 pw

High Season (July/August and Noel) £325 pw

Payment also accepted in Euro or US Dollar equivalents.

A 25% non returnable deposit is payable upon booking, and final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the rental period require payment in full on booking. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure, or emergencies. Check in time 3.0 pm, and check out 10.0 am. A £100 refundable security deposit is required on booking. It would be advisable to take out Travel Insurance, with a cancelation clause, to enable you to recover non-refundable monies. Changeover day is normally Saturday, but out of season we can obviously be more flexible.

Linen (towels,sheets etc) available @ £5 per person per stay.
Electricity - Gite de France electricity allowance of 8 units per day is applied (basically enough to power all needs except electrical heating).
Winter fuel - Wood £20 per metre cube.
